Assists with the administrative, financial and human resources duties of a department or unit.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists and/or prepares all expenditure and personnel documents
- Compiles, prepares, scans and indexes records
- Prepares/composes and distributes correspondence
- Orders office supplies and services
- Assists with travel arrangements as needed
- Coordinates maintenance and acquisition of equipment and services from IT and Facilities Management
- Schedules appointments and coordinates meetings
- May supervise student workers
- All other duties as assigned
- Minimum of 30 hours of completed college course work
- Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience
