Job Summary:

Assists with the administrative, financial and human resources duties of a department or unit.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists and/or prepares all expenditure and personnel documents
  • Compiles, prepares, scans and indexes records
  • Prepares/composes and distributes correspondence
  • Orders office supplies and services
  • Assists with travel arrangements as needed
  • Coordinates maintenance and acquisition of equipment and services from IT and Facilities Management
  • Schedules appointments and coordinates meetings

Marginal Duties:

  • May supervise student workers
  • All other duties as assigned


  • Minimum of 30 hours of completed college course work


  • Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience
