Yulista Holding, LLC ALICE Logistics Coordinator in Houston, Texas

Yulista Tactical is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in anticipation of contract award for NASA’s Aircraft Maintenance, Logistics, Integration, Configuration Management and Engineering (ALICE) program. The Logistics Coordinator coordinates and expedites flow of material, parts and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production schedules or department priorities.

Essential Functions:

  • Reviews production schedules and confers with project managers, engineers, supervisors and technicians to determine material required or overdue.

  • Locates material, requisitions material and establishes delivery sequences to departments according to job order priorities and anticipated material availability.

  • Arranges and monitors transfer of materials to meet production schedules.

  • Arranges repair and assembly of material and it's distribution to various departments with department supervisors.

  • Computes amount of material needed for specific job orders, applying knowledge or product and manufacturing processes to compile report of quantity and type of material on hand.

  • Tracks material in process of production, using manual or computerized system.

  • Works with all levels of personnel to further the objectives of the organization.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 5+ years of experience in a logistics role supporting a DoD contract.

  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
