Yulista Tactical is seeking a Sr. Business Manager in anticipation of contract award for NASA's Aircraft Maintenance, Logistics, Integration, Configuration Management and Engineering (ALICE) Program. The Senior Business Manager will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support program management office for NASA’s Aircraft Maintenance, Logistics, Integration, Configuration Management and Engineering (ALICE) program, and to ensure that project deliverables are met according to specifications for the NASA JSC Aircraft Operations Division (AOD). The Business Manager will also fill the role of Deputy Executive Manager.
Associate's Degree with 15+ years of experience or Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience managing business operations on a $30M per year cost-reimbursable type contract that includes baseline work and IDIQ content with individual Task Orders (TO's).
Experience with NASA or other Government agencies in an Aircraft Maintenance environment with Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs)
Accountable for preparation of NASA 533M, 533Q and Athena financial reports.
Solid Understanding and Experience Deltek Costpoint, FARs, and NASA FAR supplement is highly desired.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written/verbal communications as well as visualizations
Strong team building skills across multi-functional areas (admin, contracts, HR, etc.) that establishes a collaborative operational structure
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proven track record of working under tight deadlines and comfortable working with ambiguity
Thinks and acts proactively rather than reactively and plans work accordingly
Improve operational systems, processes, and policies in support of AOD’s mission – management reporting, labor relations, information management and planning
Ability to communicate and build consensus among key stakeholders on solutions to business problems that may arise
Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence and motivate others to find consensus solutions.
Responsible for collecting and verifying cost for labor, subcontractor and vendor invoices, tracking against planned costs, and reporting at a contract level with detail for baseline work and on each TO.
Works closely with Executive Manager to track cost performance and effectiveness of cost control initiatives.
