Wolters Kluwer’s Governance, Risk & Compliance division is looking for an Audit and Compliance Program Manager to join our FIS team in Houston, TX. This business area brings its solutions to market as Wolters Kluwer Financial Services and CT Lien Solutions.As the Audit and Compliance Program Manager you will be the CT Lien Solutions IT liaison with our clients and will work to give the clients the best possible experience. You will lead client audits including preparation, execution and follow up with client until all findings are closed. Additionally, you will work with internal account managers and sales representatives to coordinate client engagement and with Security and Compliance Director to maintain tracking system for requests from clients and Internal Controls Office and maintain database of answers to typical audit questions. You will also ensure required Policies and Procedures are in place, up to date, and being followed. Ensure periodic reviews of policies, procedures, and standards are conducted in accordance to requirements and cross train with Security and Compliance Director and BCDR Manager.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:• Act as a liaison between external auditors, and the various groups in the GRC team to gather requirements, documentation, and any other information needed to complete audits• Responsible for writing documentation as needed• Know where to get information that is needed to complete audits, and will answer questions concerning processes for auditors and team members• Function similar to a project manager and be responsible for ensuring any changes that auditors suggest are implemented, and if said changes are not applied they will provide the documentation as to why the changes are not being installed• Lead the effort to make the client experience excellent• Lead and respond to internal, external and client based audits and questionnaires• Create and maintain database of standard responses to client questionnaires and audit questions and train relevant CTLS staff.• Promote a culture that considers governance and compliance in all activities• Support IT teams on deployment and maintenance of policy enforcement tools, techniques, and reporting• Participate in change and configuration control processes and reviews• Work in conjunction with various CTLS cross functional teams to assist reviews for SOW’s, MSA’s and contracts to ensure CTLS is able to comply with client obligations• Work with outside consultants for independent IT audits and assessments, Security and Compliance Director to implement compliance program encompassing directives of OCC, FDIC and FFIEC, as well as, other regulators within the financial services industry and with CTLS vendors to ensure compliance with Vendor Management policy• Assure all internal self-audit functions are completed and monitored to ensure compliance with IT policies.
Minimum Qualifications: • BS degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent experience is desired• Minimum of 5+ years of working experience in Information Technology, IT Auditing or related role Preferred Qualifications: (Includes Minimum) • Experience with coordinating, participating and responding to client questions, audits and contract negotiations• Conducting, leading and assessing 3rd parties• Experience in Financial services industry Audit and Compliance processes and standards as refined by PCI, or OCC, or FIEC and/or FDIC, strongly preferred • Coordinate and lead SOC/SAS/SOX internal assessments• Work collaboratively with business owners, subject matter experts, software engineering and infrastructure teams during implementation of security related requirements• IT audit related certifications preferredAdditional Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:• Proven experience working in a highly interactive customer-facing role• Prior project and/or program management experience• Excellent communication and presentation skills • Technical writing experience• Tracking tools for audits and dashboard/scorecard creation• Policy and Procedure document managementApply to:https://www.wolterskluwer.apply2jobs.com/ProfExt/index.cfm?fuseaction=mExternal.showJob&RID=15456&CurrentPage=1 ABOUT WOLTERS KLUWER Wolters Kluwer is a global leader in professional information services.
