Job Description Advise upon, lead and work on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle, and provide advisory work for the IT function itself. Software as a Service professionals demonstrate skills and experience related to Software as a Service (SaaS) - software delivery model in which software and associated data are centrally hosted on the cloud. Salesforce professionals demonstrate skills and experience in Salesforce CRM.
A professional at the Manager level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility. Advise upon, lead and work on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle, and provide advisory work for the IT function itself. Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters. Manages large teams and/or supports sales effort throughout the Workday opportunity lifecycle. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years working with Cloud Strategy. Minimum of 1-2 years leading Salesforce implementation project functional teams. Minimum of 1-2 years Salesforce implementation experience in some of the following areas: Sales, Service, Marketing. Minimum of 1-2 years of application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis. Minimum of 1-2 years working in a consulting environment. Minimum of 2 years previous project management experience inclusive of people management. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Desire to work in an information systems environment. Excellent communication skills.
