Wolters Kluwer’s Governance, Risk & Compliance division is looking for a Contract Management Analyst to join our FIS team in Houston, TX. This business area brings its solutions to market as Wolters Kluwer Financial Services and CT Lien Solutions.As the Contracts Management Analyst you will support the CT Lien Solutions (CTLS) business unit in developing high quality agreements that are compliant with CLS Legal policies and procedures. The Contracts Management Analyst is responsible for facilitating all aspects of the contract process and for being the primary interface between CTLS and CLS Legal.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:• Ensure CTLS employees are aware of, can easily access, and are using CLS Legal-approved contracts and forms in a compliant manner• Work closely with CLS Legal to create and manage the CTLS contracts process• Provide recommendations to Sales in accordance with CLS Legal-approved policies and procedures• Identify potential contractual issues, analyze associated ramifications and coordinate with CLS legal to develop alternative solutions• Liaison with cross-functional subject-matter experts to help inform contractual terms and conditions• Work with business leaders to effectively manage contract demand and follow-through using a priority ranking system• Assist with the onboarding of new customers and new projects to ensure compliance with the terms outlined in the master services agreements and statements of work• Ensure that any material changes to services provided to clients remain compliant with terms outlined in the master services agreements and statements of work• As the CTLS SME for contracts, work with the RFP Manager to create and maintain an RFI, RFQ, RFP response archive of approved, up-to-date responses• Maintenance of Contract Lifecycle Management System and Subject Matter Expert on the system capable of training users. Participate in user group activities representing CTLS• Train/educate CTLS employees on the contracts process• Develop and manage a process to cascade down contract requirements to functional groups to assist with compliance• Develop strong working relationships with leaders in Finance, Product, Sales, Operations, IT and CLS Legal• Support other Contract initiatives as required.
