Salary range: min-$32,800 mid-$41,000 max-$49,200


The primary purpose of the Work Control Coordinator position is to report directly to the Metrics Analyst to provide direction and operational support to PCPF / Building Care & Operations – Infrastructure Property Management in matters of CMMS, personnel scheduling and work request routing and work order reporting for departmental operations.


Work Order Tracking Independently accepts requests for work or estimates, then process, plan, track, report, and follow up on the work or estimates.

Generate work orders as requested (“A” and “P”)

Track that work requested is completed on time, within budget (if appropriate), and will satisfy the customer’s actual needs.

Close out work requests (“A” and “P”) as needed.

Asset Management Manipulate database information using a PC. Audit data files for accuracy, prepare lists and check documents.

Effective, productive written reports/data.

Produce changes in asset files and preventive maintenance files

Create asset groups for PMs

Client Communications Initiates, expedites, coordinates, tracks, communicates, and follows up with clients, contractors, and consultants regarding maintenance work and facility projects.

Provides an effective continuum of information to support the resolution of all facilities projects.

Enter material charges in CMMS as warranted

Other duties as assigned Employee is considered ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL for all emergency related events and agrees to fulfill the responsibilities associated with signing the agreement.

The employee may be expected to be part of an on-call group and when assigned this responsibility, will be compensated for that time. When on-call, the employee must be available and be able to respond in accordance to policy. Periods of alert when Emergency Conditions may be expected are not considered on-call.

Required: Associate's degree or trade diploma/certificate.


Required: Two years experience in an administrative capacity to include customer service and/or scheduling. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.

Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
