Salary range: min-$67,200 mid-$84,000 max-$100,800
Manages and administers institutional Physical Plant operations.
Impacts daily operations and uninterrupted service of utilities to institution and/or activities of staff and trades/crafts personnel in designated areas.
JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
Responsible for the safe and clean environment of care and aesthetic newal program Manages work orders and Workload for Crafts and Technicians
Manages effective aesthetic process on all hospital and clinics.
Improves O&M process and frequencies to improve productivity.
Manages all carpentry and paint related work orders and tickets
Manages work orders closing through CMMS if it is needed.
Manages Customer Response and JC Compliance Support. Manages repair as requested or identified or forecasted. Communicate on an ongoing basis with customers to provide quality customers services.
Maintains inter-departmental relationships to maximize responsiveness to customer needs and demands. Collaborate with other shifts. manage outage in their shift
Support all initiatives associated with JC readiness.
Manage employee work load, document team performance, tickets management Manage overtime costs to stay within guidelines. Effectively track workload. Manage work orders status, monitor team memebers performance, asset management.
Assures accurate information is posted on Labor & Materials used on work completed on all A and PM work orders.
Effectively schedule work for the front line staff and manages the shift coverage
Personnel Management and Budget Support to Management
Provide management on hiring, evaluations and promotions.
Ensure employees on training and goal settings.
Other duties as assigned Employee is considered ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL for all emergency related events and agrees to fulfill the responsibilities associated with signing the agreement.
The employee may be expected to call in or respond to a call in emergency situations but is not eligible for on-call pay.

Equipment Usage and Safety Preparedness - Employee maintains expectations for safety preparedness, including but not limited to: Orientation to new equipment, Employee Education Event, CPR training, fire drills.

Technical/Functional Expertise - Demonstrate technical proficiency required to do the job; possess up-to-date knowledge in the profession; provide technical expertise to others.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Architectural Engineering or related field.
Required: Three years of project management/construction management experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
