This is a full-time, salary position working out of HOUSTON, TEXAS. This is a challenging opportunity for a self-motivated and determined individual who desires to work for a fast-paced, hands-on, growing construction company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage personnel

  • Coordinate Subcontractors

  • Conduct safety meetings

  • Process and review shop drawings

  • Survey construction jobsite

  • Work with project scheduling system

  • Provide skills training for labor force

  • Track, audit, and project labor

  • Field inspection of completed work

  • Complete daily and periodic report updates

  • Purchase materials

  • Schedule work

  • Update as-built documents

  • Oversee jobsite safety
