Our graduate (GSA) participants are given on-the-job experience to complement classroom instruction by working inactual Lennox Parts Plus stores. This provides hands on experience dealing directly with Lennox customers as well as being involved with store operations (i.e. store displays, stocking shelves, maintaining orderly inventory, helping to load and unload trucks). The on-the-job portion of our training includes; giving exceptional customer service, researching and resolving customer issues, and working with customers to follow up on orders.
Responsible for classroom participation and sales activities in retail, inside sales and outside sales environments.
Under close supervision, analyzes client’s needs and assists in different phases of the sales process.
Responsible ensuring proper stocking of Lennox products.
Assists in unloading products and deliveries
Effectively communicates features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
Ensures warranties are properly taken care of in a timely manner.
Follows and adheres to all safety, health and security and environmental standards.
Perform as Store Manager when needed, including scheduling, ordering and open/close procedures.
Generates leads for outside sales staff, proactively sell in support of company promotions.
Responds to and investigate customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, fax, and mail.
Under direct supervision, sells products, services, supplies to selected customers in a designated market area or accounts via inbound or outbound telephone contacts.
Participates in outside sales appointments and other sales training.
Participates in and successfully completes all graduate sales academy training program requirements.
Bachelor Degree Required - New Graduate 2017.
Prior sales and/or customer service experience a plus; including prior retail sales experience, counter sales or cashier and cash operations experience.
Basic MS Office knowledge, computer software and Internet proficiency
Mechanical/technical aptitude a plus.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal – bilingual a plus.
Ability to build relationships, listens, negotiate and manage time.
Ability and willingness to relocate a plus.
S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
