The Cloud Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for championing our transition to a comprehensive customer care organization supporting a cloud based suite of E&P solutions. This individual will also provide thought leadership, analytic expertise and be a strong influencer to drive Customer Experience strategy, partnering with internal and external customers to produce measurable results.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong leadership to drive technical and organizational development during our cloud transformation.

  • Ability to generate ideas for new technical support offerings through innovation and market/data analysis. Champion value proposition and build awareness and adoption of cloud offering.

  • Customer success improvements by developing our analytics capabilities. Proactively leverage usage patterns and other data to define software development opportunities, drive adoption and eliminate attrition.

  • Liaising with Research and Development, Sales, Services, Support and the customer to advocate for a best-in-class customer experience. Develop, implement and monitor progress of Customer Experience plan. Own all elements of the customer journey.

  • Visionary with ability to lead adoption of technologies and transform our customer support platform.

  • Author of reusable assets, whitepapers, and articles describing best practices for supporting software applications in the cloud.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to make recommendations to management and communicate with engineers, executives and customers.

  • Demonstrated experience with orchestration and automation technology.

  • Experience with building, managing social/communities to engage users and provide alternate support channel.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud customer support operations.

  • Prior experience with the implementation of a cloud environment.

  • Experience with Customer Experience, data and analytics tools as well as CRM tools.

  • Bachelor degree in technical field. M.S. or MBA preferred.
