Our team has a vacancy in the Houston market for anexperienced Bilingual HR Generalist.
The HRG is responsible for implementation and administration of HR activities (including recruitment, employee relations, compensation administration, performance management, learning & development, and support of payroll & benefits administration) for locations across Central & South Texas.
Frequent same-day travel within the market is expected, and regular travel (some overnight) by automobile and/or airplane is required to access other locations in the region.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with emphasis in HR is required.
Minimum two (2) years in a similar HR Generalist role is required, preferably with experience in a blue-collar industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills using both English and Spanish is required.

Poven record of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships across multiple organizational levels and locations
Demonstrated strength in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Profiency using MS Office, HRIS, ATS, and ERP systems
Broad knowledge of ERISA, employment & labor laws and regulations
Comprehensive understanding of Affirmative Action policies and OFCCP regulations
Demonstrated success in recruiting both exempt and non-exempt personnel
Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
Excellence in delivering audience-appropriate presentations (new hire orientations, training, etc.)
Successful record of investigating and resolving employee relations issues and other HR concerns
Comprehensive understanding of workers' compensation in TX and experience administering transitional-duty programs for injured workers
