We're looking for a motivated Human Resources Coordinator!

Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Human Resources, this position requires you to efficiently and accurately ensure that the Human Resources office is maintained and essential duties are completed on a timely manner and are in conformance with Pyramid Hotel Group's high quality of performance standards.

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the following:

Recruitment for all hourly positions which includes per-screening, interviewing, extending offers of employment. Conducting new hire orientations for all new hires. Coordinating the efforts of the CARE Committee including all related administrative duties. Greeting and assisting all team members, applicants and visitors. Tracking and filing HR paperwork, i.e. PTO, Terms and rate changes, etc. Updating and maintaing the HRIS/ABRA system and related spreadsheets with employment data. Assisting with the general office duties, i.e. answering the telephone, filing, administering locks, id cards, time cards and name tags for all team members and maintaining accurate records of such data. Assisting with other HR-related duties including benefits administration, employee relations activities, and other duties as assigned.

Two years of related HR/recruitment experience in a hospitality setting, college degree, experience with HRIS, Excel, Word and related systems preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, good judgement, ability to work flexible shifts, professional presentation, conflict resolution skills and ability to meet deadlines required.
