Job Summary

We are seeking flexible, process-oriented leaders to join our Manufacturing & Operations Engineering Development Program. This exciting development program provides a combination of manufacturing exposure, Lean Six Sigma training, and leadership development that is far beyond most traditional development programs for recent university graduates. Unlike many other rotational programs, this program provides the hands-on opportunity to experience 4 roles only within 2 years!

Rotations may include:

• Materials Management

• Quality Assurance

• Plant Supervision

• Project Management

• Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)

Minimum Job Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field of study

• A minimum of a 3.0 out of 4.0 overall grade point average

• Willingness to relocate as required by the program

• Authorization to work in the country of application full-time without restriction

• Prepared to take a role in a new location post-graduation
