Material Handler – Integrity Industries at Lubrizol Oilfield Solutions

Conroe, TX


This position will provide support in quality initiatives, and manufacturing process within the Conroe, Texas facility.

Other duties include:

  • Mix and test drilling fluids according to work instruction.

  • Understand and comply with all safety rules and Lubrizol Oilfield Solutions policies.

  • Comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures.

  • Understand Work Instructions

  • Understand Quality Processes

  • Maintain orderly warehouse and product storage areas.

  • Store unused raw materials in the proper area upon process completion.

  • Unload incoming deliveries per quality work instructions.

  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels.

  • Report shortages and damaged materials per quality work instructions.

  • Prepare materials for shipment.

  • Stencil, label, palletize and shrink wrap orders.

  • Load products for shipment.

  • Utilize small hand tools and operate handling equipment.

  • Properly operate auxiliary equipment.

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

  • Ensure work assignments are performed at the highest quality levels.

  • Perform any other duty assigned by supervisor within constraints of the job.


  • High School Diploma

  • Forklift Certification preferred

  • Strong communication skills

  • Able to read and comprehend written instruction and correspondence.

  • Able to read and comprehend critical production documents.

  • Ability to follow oral instruction.

  • Ability to work closely with others, and ability to work overtime as needed.
