We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Medical Records Coordinator in the Houston area.

Job Description: Compiles, verifies, types, and files medical records of health care facility: Prepares folders and maintains records of newly admitted patients. Reviews medical records for completeness, assembles records into standard order, and files records in designated areas according to applicable alphabetic and numeric filing system. Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Medical Records - required
  • Must be organized
  • Detail oriented
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience with hospice preferred
  • Ability to maintain charts (active and inactive)
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Clean background and drug screen
