VCFO Office Support Administrator (Part Time) in Houston, Texas

vcfo is a high growth company looking for a part time (20 -25 hours per week) Office Support Admin. to join our corporate team to support the growth and initiatives of the Houston Market. You will work closely with our team to ensure flawless execution of various projects, identifying networking opportunities across multiple markets, coordinating events in the Houston market, calendar management, and providing prospect reports and data among other responsibilities.

Embarking on its 20th year in business, vcfo offers an integrated suite of finance, HR, technology and recruiting support, outsourcing and consulting services that improve operational performance and optimize productivity for our clients.

Do you get excited about:

Managing a project from start to finish including developing timelines and ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget?

Getting into problem-solving mode whenever challenges or roadblocks arise, including reaching out to available resources and making recommendations to the rest of the team?

Working with cross functional teams to execute initiatives supporting the growth and development of the Houston market?

This job might be for you if:

  • You are goal oriented and able to manage multiple competing priorities in a manner to meet these goals.

  • You are very detail oriented; highly organized; work well under tight deadlines, and have the ability to both work independently and be part of a fast-paced team.

  • You are comfortable working with individuals in all levels of the organization and can tailor communication to fit your audience.

  • You have supported or executed data mining and analysis

  • You have experience managing a SalesForce database

  • You are comfortable communicating with clients and prospects to support business objectives

To perform this job successfully you must have:

  • Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and meet deadlines

  • Comfortable communicating with all levels of management

  • Computer and database proficiency

  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
