Using business process engineering techniques, develops technical solutions and management processes to achieve overall objectives by means of implementing systems or enterprise-wide solutions. Responsible for translating existing and anticipated customer requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large, complex IT solutions and integrating architecture. Develops and recommends solutions and strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure. Acts as an advocate for the client, as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems and promotes consideration of CompuCom’s products and services to meet such requirements. Responsible for identifying opportunities, business strategies and development, contract delivery, and client satisfaction. Viewed by customers as a consultant and performance is typically measured by delivery of agreed solutions within budgeted hours. Provides direction for design activities. Often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites.



The Senior Level works on assignments of an extremely complex nature where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variance factors. Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Must have a consistent track record of achieving goals in creative and effective ways. Requires the knowledge and the skills to determine appropriate pricing strategies for accounts and to develop project cost estimates based upon initial parameters. Has broad knowledge of CompuCom products, services, business functions, policies, and procedures. Possesses excellent communication and customer service skills in order to develop and maintain positive customer relations. Broad experience across multiple Centers of Expertise (COE) and top of the line certifications and peer review in COE/practice is expected. Architectural expertise across multiple COE and mastery of all solutions in SME Center of Expertise and experience with HPE networking and/or Aruba Networking.
