What are the job responsibilities?This position is responsible for proactive customer management, education, development, profitable growth and retention for middle market Group, Voluntary and integrated cases. The Senior Client Rep drives, designs, and executes integrated enrollment, service and growth strategies for each customer in their block. This position is also responsible for the oversight of implementation and post-sale activities. These activities include ongoing customer relationships, identification and execution of cross selling, and partnering with the sales team. This position faces customers, brokers and enrollment firms.

Territory is South Texas (Houston, San Antonio, Austin...)



Who is our ideal candidate?Our ideal candidate will come with at least 3-5 years industry specific experience in the Employee/Voluntary Benefits market. Relationship management and client retention experience. An understanding of how to navigate complex relationships and audiences. This person will have the ability to communicate to all levels of client contact, from C level executives to plan participants. A desire to drive and complete processes while establishing meaningful and lasting relationships with our clients.
