Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage personnel: Train laborers and skilled craft workers; mentor and develop field engineers and assistant superintendents

  • Coordinate subcontractors

  • Coordinate with project management

  • Complete daily and periodic report updates

  • Manage workers' compensation

  • Job site safety

  • Scheduling

  • Quality control

  • Review job cost

  • Manage labor tracking


  • Ten to fifteen years’ industry-related experience
