Sprint Account Manager II - Emerging Solutions in IRVING, Texas
Generates sales of company systems and services in named accounts, specific industry or assigned geographic territory. Contacts/visits existing and prospective customers. Builds and maintains network of colleagues, partners, and customers to share information and obtain prospects. Observes and participates in presenting products and services that can fill customer needs. Demonstrates knowledge of the organization's entire product line; may have more in-depth knowledge on a subset of products or services. Accurately and punctually prepares sales forecasts and weekly activity reports. Is viewed as an expert in given fields by both company and customers. Anticipates the customer's needs and identifies appropriate alternatives. Responsible for complex, named accounts having national or regional impact. Builds and maintains network of customers. Directs and prioritizes own work, and seeks management feedback when necessary.
Drives solution sales by leading and participating in the development of IoT/M2M custom solutions with support of solution engineers along with utilizing IoT/M2M ecosystem partners and the IoT/M2M product development team at Sprint. Responsible for managing and growing base of IoT/M2M custom solution provider customers, and identifying, closing, implementing, and developing new IoT/M2M custom solution provider customers. Provides technical expertise and supports processes to facilitate product/service implementation and to identify and satisfy customer requirements.
Open to filling inDallas, Denver, Houston, or Phoenix or other cities in the South and West areas.Must have valid driver's license, three consecutive years of active driving history, successfully complete driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with Sprint's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree and eight years related work experience or twelve years related work experience post high school
- Five years related business-to-business sales experience
- Five years experience in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business
- Five years sales experience in wireless, data and/or converged mobility solutions
- Five years experience working the organization's product line
- Five years experience selling in a relationship driven sales environment involving complex negotiations
