Citicorp Credit Services, Inc. (USA) seeks an Applications Development Technical Specialist for its Irving, Texas location.

Duties: Design, develop and maintain system design procedures, test procedures and quality standards for Credit Card business’s call center applications using Chordiant Foundation Server, Chordiant Decision Manager, Chordiant Strategy Director, Chordiant Decision Planner, Enterprise Messaging Service, IBM WebSphere Application Server and Rational Tools and Java. Install and troubleshoot Chordiant software products and manage monthly Chordiant technical projects. Design and develop Softphone and Recording interface using Cisco 6.0/7.0 and Nice Recording System. Document deliverables required by software development project lifecycle including technical requirements gathering and analysis, code specifications, software design plans, application configuration, test plans and results, and deployment plans. Participate in production support. Provide custom code maintenance and troubleshooting. Design, document, monitor and plan application enhancements and expansion activities using waterfall development methodologies. Provide support verification for end-user testing. Mentor junior team members on performing essential Chordiant skills, including Java Server Faces, Hibernate and unit testing of Chordiant business services.


Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or closely related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the offered position or related position involving software design and development within the credit cards servicing area. Prior experience must include: (1) Utilizing Chordiant suite of products including Foundation Server, Decision Manager, Decision Planner and Strategy Director to design, develop, and maintain call center applications. (2) Testing, deploying and troubleshooting Chordiant application code. (3) Utilizing Cisco Computer Telephone Interface and Nice Recording System to design and develop telephone and recording applet interfaces. (4) Utilizing J2EE, Java Server Faces, SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), Web services, Design Patterns, Object Oriented Programming, IBM Rational Application Developer, WebSphere, Hibernate and Oracle to perform design, development, object modelling and testing of Contact Center CRM (Customer Relationship Management) applications.
