BP&A Sr. Analyst
The BP&A Senior Analyst has the responsibility to execute internal/external application software to create the client-specific data needed to conduct and analyze customer feedback for multiple Consumer Bank business areas. This individual has the responsibility of customizing internal/external application software based on specified requirements.
Manage and perform execution of research sample programs, sample delivery and our internal database updates. Responsible for tracking and resolving all issues identified during the sample execution process.
Design, manage and execute internal client-reported problem and issue process. Lead the effort and track progress to resolve items reported and involve research team members, business owners and vendors when required.
Execute and manage the vendor software entitlement process for all users. Requires conducting information security audits when required throughout the year.
Build and maintain automation for the client experience research sample process based on requirements provided for projects or process design documents.
Develop and manage the detailed MIS for research sample files processed and returned completed research data from vendors. Monitor and investigate unusual changes within MIS data.
Provide client research sample strategies for internal project managers and database managers to ensure sample data meets needs of proposed research.
Create, test, and maintain research sample source code using multiple coding languages and data sources.
Research and recommend technologies that would add value to how we select, analyze, and prepare our research sample data.
Perform changes to our internal research Sharepoint site based on requirements approved by research group managers.

BS/BA degree preferred. May consider candidates with extensive experience in IT development.
Extensive experience using Microsoft business software to automate and analyze results, and support research efforts as well as communications.
Technical experience gathering data and producing MIS, output data files, etc.
Mainframe programming and development experience required. (COBOL, SAS, or similar languages)
Database development knowledge and use (Examples: Access, SQL Server, DB2, etc).
Strong desire to learn and apply new technical tools and develop automation.
Be detail-oriented, able to articulate complex topics clearly, results-oriented, exhibit a high level of professionalism, and exceptionally organized.
Have the ability to think in a structured manner.
Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
