Job Description

The GFTS Data Management and Strategy group supports Citigroup Global Functions of Compliance, Enterprise Risk, Finance, HR & Legal. The group provides centralized expertise in data management processes and technologies, in the areas of Data Architecture, Data Modeling, ETL Development, Business Intelligence, Data Quality, Data Acquisition, Integration and Distribution.

The group is actively recruiting Product Manager who is responsible for managing delivery and adoption of Rules Harmony platform in internal Citi applications across 100+ countries. Rules Harmony is Rules based Data Processing Platform developed internally within Citi to address various Data Processing patterns like Data Acquisition, Data Quality, Data Transformation, Data Distribution. The position will be based in Irving, Texas.

Job Responsibilities

·Drive Rules Harmony Product adoption across various teams in Citi by show casing the product capabilities to global customer base.

·Develop expertise in using Rules Harmony product and become Product Evangelist.

·Liaise with teams across Citi and facilitate seamless on-boarding experience for clients.

·Gather customer feedback and streamline platform/product improvements.

·Establish comprehensive operation model by partnering with various Technology teams to ensure successful project delivery.

·Manage project timelines, status dashboards and delivery schedules.

·Remain current with latest technologies.

·Partner with learning management teams to develop Training programs and user guides.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MIS related field; MBA or Master’s degree in a technical field preferred

  • 5 years of Project/Program Management experience preferred

  • Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills

  • Knowledge of at least one Data Processing platform (Talend, Informatica, Data Stage, etc.)

  • Knowledge of Web Applications, SQL and Databases.

  • Willingness to travel when required for in-person meetings and workshops.

  • Strong professional etiquette and ability to defuse and resolve conflicts

  • Familiarity with SDLC Methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)

  • PMP Certification is a plus
