FleetPride Digital Marketing Manager in Irving, Texas
With more than 260 locations in 45 states, FleetPride is the nation’s largest independent distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts. FleetPride seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to drive sales and grow brand awareness through effective management of our websites, email, digital marketing and social media. The ideal candidate will be a self-directed person who is highly efficient, enjoys challenges, has strong time and project management skills, and is an effective communicator that enjoys working in a team environment. Responsibilities:
Understand competitive digital landscape and interpret digital analytics to identify and take advantage of opportunities to enhance FleetPride’s digital presence in the heavy duty aftermarket space. Includes: Managing SEO, content and functional enhancements to websites directly or through a third party as appropriate to drive customer engagement and develop FleetPride’s digital footprint.
Use data-driven decision-making to manage and execute weekly email. Includes: using analytics to define email timing and frequency, identifying engaging and relevant content, working with Category Managers and suppliers to create and collect content, working with creatives to develop files, managing proofing process, executing in MailChimp and working with FP&A; to generate reporting sales performance.
Ownership of digital tools and platforms including research to determine best tools and partners to support FleetPride’s current and future needs.
Develop email acquisition strategy to grow our customer email file.
Drive Fleetpride brand and traffic through paid advertising (AdWords, retargeting, Facebook). Optimize advertising using analytics.
Develop HD Truck Parts blog to be leveraged on website, social media and in email campaigns as appropriate. Includes: using analytics to define frequency, identifying engaging and relevant content, working with Category Managers and suppliers to create and collect content, working with creatives to develop files, managing proofing process, executing in WordPress.
Develop & manage mobile apps as appropriate for sales force and sales meetings.
Manage budget and timeline for all creative projects

Bachelor’s degree required. MBA and/or consulting or experience a plus. Retail experience preferred.
4+ years of experience years in digital marketing or equivalent experience.
Hyper analytical and passionate about data, metrics and testing.
Expertise with Excel, Google Analytics, Google AdWords and WordPress. Experience with MailChimp, DreamWeaver and/or other comparable software a plus.
Experience with and a passion for understanding and influencing customer behavior via digital marketing.
