Division Sales Coordinator
Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting is looking for a Sales Coordinator to work in the Irving, TX area.Responsible for providing support to the sales representatives with a variety of tasks, enhancing field sales representatives’ time spent in the field and ensuring an integrated customer experience with sales and implementation. This role is responsible for supporting a group of sales representatives with coinciding priorities. The individual will be expected to navigate sales systems and processes efficiently and effectively in order to meet the needs of the team they support.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Creates and maintains a wide variety of ongoing documentation and reports to enhance customer service and identify potential sales opportunities.• Maintains confidentiality of top-level confidential and proprietary information.• Establishes strong working relationships with team members, departments, and customers to understand needs, communicate mutual expectations, conveys confidence, monitors satisfaction, and stays informed about issues, resolutions, and progress.• Provides tools, resources, services, and leadership to enable team members to perform their jobs more effectively and focus on customers.• Gathers information from Salesforce.com, and other sources to provide sales performance reporting to the sales team• Navigates sales systems on behalf of field sales representatives including quote generation, order management & entry, tracking and updates to Salesforce.com and various other systems and tools• Mediates the escalation of billing issues between customer, sales rep and billing department in a professional manner• Coordinates customer implementation handoff by working with implementation team and ensuring follow up proceeding implementation identifying areas for cross-sell and upsell opportunities• Facilitates generation and identification of opportunities through Salesforce.com target list creation, market research outside of Salesforce.com, appointment generation for targeted areas, support in territory specific marketing campaigns• Supports ongoing sales initiatives and programs to ensure achievement of goals and objectives• Liaise with Solution Design department to coordinate, support and observe customer demos to obtain customer insightOTHER DUTIES 1.
