The team is seeking an accountable individual that will drive and execute various initiatives and re-engineering opportunities in partnership with key stakeholders. In addition, will provide guidance and support on Balance Sheet and Account Control related activities. The purpose of the job is to enhance the quality of Balance Sheet Control processes through standardization, re-engineering and centralization. This includes accountability for transition to the future state and evaluation against key performance metrics.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Drive strategic direction

  • Analysis of metrics and escalation items

  • Preparation of presentations and analysis for Senior Management and Stakeholders

  • Identify cross regional issues and inconsistencies and develop and execute solutions

  • Redesign fragmented processes, working with a variety of stakeholders, into simpler and more common processes

-Writing and implementing Reconciliation Procedures for Balance Sheet Account Types that cover end-to-end process

  • Apply urgency and sound business judgment to ensure deadlines are met

-Review and understand accounting processes that support reconciliations and identify opportunities for enhancements.

-Identification and resolution of issues

-Presenting to Senior Management

-Management of employees

-Participating in or leading projects related to reconciliations performed globally



  • Candidate will have 7+ years of accounting experience and a proven track record of success and execution

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

  • CPA preferred

  • Comfortable working in an environment of change

  • Well developed analytical skills

  • Ability of getting work completed through indirect management

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to identify potential issues, recommend remediation and drive resolution

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

  • High degree of flexibility required

  • Strong sense of accountability and urgency for completion
