Supports consistent financial process supporting Retail Bank / Mortgage Business.
Supports financial analytics and provides strategic leadership to support Retail Bank / Mortgage Business.
Analyzes and accurately forecasts performance for Retail Bank / Mortgage Business.
Supports review of plans, performance, and the implementation and utilization of automation and tools supporting the Retail Bank / Mortgage Business.
Supports analysis to support Retail Bank / Mortgage Leadership in understanding expense dynamics and drive decision making.
Bachelor's degree (preferred degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics).
3+ years of advanced financial analysis experience.
3+ years experience in a Financial Management position in increasing senior leadership roles.
Broad understanding of financial systems and problem solving.
Strong analytical abilities and ability to identify business needs, formulate innovative and strategic solutions and following through with detailed execution.
Ability to manage multiple diverse priorities and work well under tight deadlines.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
