L3 SMTP email backbone, directory synchronization, Email encryption, and spam team management. Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager, Send Mail, Linux, Windows Server, SQL, and Proofpoint or equivalent Malware & Spam products. This team provides expert-level support of these technologies and Coordinates with Citi Engineering(CATE),infrastructure teams, application developers, quality assurance, database administration, and the business units to ensure availability, reliability, and scalability.
Job Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:
§ Daily oversight of team needs and responsibilities as related to BAU tasks and projects.
§ Attending management meetings to report on current status and priorities as they relate to open projects and issues.
§ Managing Team meetings with teammates and directing resources to project priorities
Continuous review of current infrastructure to facilitate and discuss solutions architecture with engineering(CATE) and operational teams
Discussing concerns and objectives with team and functional management to meet timelines as required by the business.
Soliciting additional future requirements from stakeholders, project managers and compliance for CITI’s ever changing needs.
Evaluating technical skill-sets of team members , mentoring and fostering growth toward well rounded product/customer engagement .
Integrating and managing working architecture documentation and reporting.
Presenting findings as required in clear understandable formats for upper and mid-level management review.

§7+ Years Messaging experience and related products including spam, malware and messaging directory solutions
§5+ Years Information Technology in a large scale environment of users (100K+) for a financial institution or a comparable industry.
§3+ years Linux/Unix
§3+ Sendmail Administration and configuration.
§ITILv4 (Desired but not required)
§RHCE OR RHCSA (Desired but not required)
§UNIX certification, any flavor - Solaris , Oracle, HP-UX (Desired but not required)
§MCSE: Messaging (Desired but not required)
§ Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
