LatMex Infrastructure Service Delivery position. Responsible for all aspects of CTI delivery to Consumer business within Mexico and LATAM. Understands LatMex business and technology construct. Able to guide service performance levels by leveraging knowledge of infrastructure technology and key service management functions.
Responsible for achieving the target service performance, maturity level and risk profile for their assigned service or service portfolio. Owns all infrastructure requirements and issues. Leads engagement into infrastructure teams and is the infrastructure subject matter expert for day-to-day run management, change management, incident management, etc. Performance measured on dimensions of service owner satisfaction, end-to-end service
performance (incident count, customer impact); maturity level and service risk.
Position is reporting into the Head of LatMex Consumer Infrastructure Service Delivery to support Consumer Banking Channels. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant industry experience and a successful track record of delivery. A successful track record of delivering complex, high visibility projects and initiatives is required. This position will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery and management of services for a critical Consumer channel: Retail, Cards, ATM, Call Center, Internet/Mobile. The LatMex Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager focuses in the underlying and foundational core infrastructure technology components necessary to support and protect application services. Service Delivery crosses organizational boundaries to ensure Service Performance, Risk, and Portfolios are delivering world-class stability and continuously driving cost efficiency.
The LatMex Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager will interface with senior management and individual contributors in Citi’s Infrastructure Technology, Engineering, and Global Consumer technology organizations. Core infrastructure technology components are assessed for service performance, resilience, and recoverability. The ideal candidate’s past experience as a systems administrator, developer, network administrator, database administrator, architect, etc., will have allowed him/her to have developed broad horizontal technology expertise with deep vertical expertise in one or two areas. The ability to effect change through influence is a critical success factor. One’s sphere of influence will have to be quickly established across multiple LOBs and organizational levels.

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience, Masters preferred.
• 5+ years of experience working in a large technology organization.
