The Estate Management Core Head will be part of a team working within the Citi Technology Infrastructure group focused on the Consumer Technology business for the purpose of managing and reporting against the infrastructure estate.
The Estate Management Core team is responsible for two key areas: 1) data management and visualization, 2) Estate Management programs. The data management and visualization teams provide the aggregated and federated data view and reports/dashboards that the program teams and the sector Estate Management teams used to report on the status of the estate. These reports are key to understand current risks and costs of the environment as well as actions to take and progress towards improving the estate. The data and dashboards must be accurate and provide a view that tells the story about where we started, what we have done, and how we are tracking toward end of year targets. The program teams then use the data to set priorities and ensure proper progress is being made towards our goals, calling out risks and mitigation plans where needed. The program team interfaces with the Sector Estate Management team to ensure they are making progress in remediation of any risks or opportunities.
In this role you and your team will collect data from multiple reporting systems, analyze the data, and interpret the information to provide direction to CTI and the sectors. You will interface with multiple groups across CTI and the sectors to pass the information and analysis on such that it can be actioned. The status of activities will be reported up through regular operational reports to executive leadership within CTI and Consumer.
As the Estate Management lead you will also need to continually evolve the team and its function to ensure the most critical areas with the largest impact to the business and financials are being addressed, while areas of downward trending impacts are slowly automated or moved to lower cost providers.
