Citigroup Architecture and Technology Engineering (CATE), is a an organization comprising:

Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure Engineering and design, application development engineering, emerging technology and technology vendor management. The approach is to integrate the disciplines of Architecture, Development Engineering and Infrastructure Engineering to maximize the consistency and quality of these services and to accelerate the adoption of technologies that provide competitive advantage to our businesses.

Candidate will be part of the CATE Authentication and Access Management Engineering team and work closely with CTI Operations as well as other partners to assist with all aspects of engineering the Authentication Infrastructure.


Knowledge and Experience:

• 5-7+ years Java/J2EE programming experience

• SOAP and restful web services programming in Java

• Working experience of RDBMS databases (Oracle, MySQL, etc)

• Expertise in one of the following web and application servers: Weblogic, Websphere, etc

• Working experience in Unix/Linux scripting and Linux server technology.

• Working knowledge of application security

• Strong interpersonal communication skills to maintain good relationship among different teams is required

• Tools and Utilities: SOAP UI, Java IDE (Eclipse), SQL Clients, LDAP Clients, Source control utilities, Packaging and Build tools (Ant, Maven)

• Testing Methodologies: Unit testing, System Testing, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing

Nice to have:

• Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)

• Knowledge of Mobile application development

• Working experience of LDAP

• Application security experience (SSO, Federation (SAML, OpenID, OAuth, etc) and Multi factor authentication.
