This is a hands on role to lead a team in the performance testing of Citi’s Digital or Cards systems.
This individual will need to analyze project documents and build test plans.
They will need to lead the creation of performance test scripts as well as execution.
As issues emerge, they will need to drive the initial root cause analysis using performance and monitoring tools.
They will need to work directly with development and environment management teams to drive defect resolution.
They will need to work directly a diverse set of project teams.
Create and contribute to key performance artefacts: project plans, performance test plans, budgets, stakeholder communications, resource and time management.
Ensure adherence to Citi-Wide Performance testing standards •Obtain performance testing sign-off for all deployments into the production environments.
5+ years’ experience of technology experience in financial industry.
Proficiency with identifying bottlenecks and performance issues in mission critical global applications using distributed technologies is a plus
Performance testing and Load runner experience
Experience in using Monitoring tools (Wily / AppDynamics) is a plus
Works well and respects other disciplines of the project teams.
Experience with Citi’s digital systems and associated backends is a plus.
Strong negotiation and influence skills.
Ability to manage risk appropriately.
Excellent technical written and verbal communications skills with experience translating performance defects to business users.
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment skills.
Ability to prioritize individual and team tasks and projects so that deadlines are met.
