  • Review specific CAP (Corrective Action Plan) information related to information security non-compliance of 3 rd Party assessment issues

  • Provide analysis and recommendation for effective solutions to control issues within 3 rd Parties

  • Develop and document processes necessary to support the TPISA Process

  • Interface with TPISA stakeholders in sectors and regions to resolve open issues

  • Enhance departmental tools necessary to support the TPISA Process

  • Generate reports, trends analysis, and forecasts in support of the TPISA Process

  • Execute and manage various processes within the TPISA Corrective Action Plan monitoring function

  • Maintain and keep current the TPISA Portal (FAQs, Bulletins, Procedure Library, training material, etc)

  • Perform TPISA System Administration functions related to IS Assessment questionnaire templates

  • Review the Citi Information Security Standards to ensure uniformity across business and with 3 rd Parties

  • Develop and implements processes to address non-compliance to the Citi Information Security standards

  • Apply in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures to resolve non-compliant issues


  • Knowledge of operations, services and activities of a comprehensive Information Security Program

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • 5 years Information Technology experience

  • 2+ years experience in Information Security projects

  • Certifications in relevant disciplines (CISA, CISSP) desired

  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills; bilingual skills a plus

  • Strong customer focus and ability to manage activities within client expectations

  • Superior use of Microsoft productivity software (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc.)

  • Proficient in SharePoint programming and/or execution

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment and promote teamwork within/across groups

  • Ability to work independently and with minor supervision

  • Analytical, self-motivated, and detail oriented
