Within Citi’s Global Consumer Banking business, The NA Risk Operations Fraud Group has responsibility for managing the end to end fraud process across Retail Banking, Citi Branded Cards and Citi Retail Services.
The Fraud Reporting and Data Analysis Lead will support the North America Risk Operations Fraud function covering partner credit card products as well as retail banking.
The candidate will be responsible for the development of reporting as well as supporting projects and ensuring opportunities to drive improvements are identified to optimize our reporting process.
The Fraud Reporting and Data Analysis Lead responsibilities include:
Engagement with key partners in the policy, analytics and operational areas to develop requirements for new reporting or ad hoc data support needs
Completing daily, weekly and monthly reporting activities
Ensure quality of execution and accuracy of business reporting
Driving automation of daily, weekly, monthly MIS and removal of redundancies and manual processes
Development of reporting dashboards to highlight key business performance and opportunities for improvement
Development of core business performance reporting (customer impact, point of sale monitoring, loss performance, etc.) and publishing of key indicator performance metrics.
Supporting adhoc data analysis requests from policy, business support team and senior management as needed
Building control reporting and monitoring processes
Supporting maintenance of a MIS SQL server
Supporting development, management, and execution of the compromise process.
The scope of the work will focus heavily on optimizing our business reporting process, development of new reporting and completion of data analysis as business needs dictate. Candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

10+ years of experience in data manipulation and performance reporting.
10+ years of experience with SAS (SAS Enterprise Guide) and SQL.
Specific experience in risk management/credit cards/fraud is desired.
15+ years of application development or systems development within an information technology setting preferred.
Programming experience across multiple platforms is highly desirable.
Knowledge of platform connections/transmissions is desirable.
Required background in reporting and ad hoc data support.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills).
Ability to work with extremely large data sources from multiple platforms such as: mainframe, SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata.
Experience with Enterprise scheduling tools (Autosys, etc).
Experience with LINUX and Shell programming is preferred but not required.
Background in Mainframe environments is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of writing SQL queries and stored procedures in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) is a plus.
Background in Crystal Reports and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is a plus.
SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) knowledge is a plus.
Knowledge of Python and Hadoop or similar big data programming languages is a plus but not required.
