The Command Center Services Training Manager will develop, standardize, implement and manage an internal operational training program which includes platform procedural based training courses for the Command Center, globally. The manager is also responsible for the development, implementation, management and reporting of training requirements for the onboarding of personnel within Command Center Services as well as coordinating external training requests and services for all of the Production Operations organization, globally. This role encompasses driving the direction of the technical cross training programs for Command Center, as well as managing monthly programs and relationships with external vendors. The individual in this position must have an in-depth understanding of Command Center Services’ operating procedures (i.e. daily support practices, major incident support, etc.) and how the business is supported in order to implement and manage a successful training program. The CCS Training manager will interface with various levels of management in the Command Center and Production Operations to ensure training is relevant with operational support models.
Citi Domain Name Registrar consists of a global team responsible for all services pertaining to domain management for Citi. This consists of identification, procurement, maintenance, retirement/lapse or sale of internet domains in the interest of Citi and its various sectors, globally. The Command Center Services Training/CDNR Manager is responsible for managing the global team and function, ensuring that strategic goals and plans are met. The manager is also responsible for direct engagement with Corporate Legal and Branding, Citi Sector marketing seniors and personnel, and Third Party Suppliers regarding internet domain management and its strategic goals and plans for Citi. The Global Command Center Services Training/CDNR Manager reports directly to the Global Command Center Services Operational Governance Manager.

Experience & Educational preferences:
•3-5 years previous personnel and operational management experience preferred
•General education requirement (high school / secondary school or equivalency), associates or 4yr/bachelor’s degree are highly preferred.
•2+ years direct project manager experience
•2+ years training curriculum development and maintenance or equivalent preferred.
•Previous experience with Third Party Supplier Management required.
•2+ years working knowledge of DNS and Domain Registrars and Registries
•Familiarity with Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) organization
