Resort Lifestyle Communities is now accepting applications for a Sous Chef to provide resort-style food and service while developing strong, positive, and caring relationships with our residents and guests. Sous Chefs work as a team with the Executive Chef, Community Managers and other staff.
Execute a dynamic menu utilizing different cooking styles
Learn from experienced Executive Chefs
Interact and gather feedback from residents on a daily basis
Work a stable and non-traditional culinary schedule
Utilize state-of-the-art kitchen equipment
Potential for advancement in a fast growing company

Two years of kitchen or restaurant experience
At least one year of previous supervisory experience preferred
Culinary Arts or Business degree preferred
Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with residents, vendors and peers
Basic computer skills (Excel)
