Resort Lifestyle Communities is now accepting applications for a Sous Chef to provide resort-style food and service while developing strong, positive, and caring relationships with our residents and guests. Sous Chefs work as a team with the Executive Chef, Community Managers and other staff.

  • Execute a dynamic menu utilizing different cooking styles

  • Learn from experienced Executive Chefs

  • Interact and gather feedback from residents on a daily basis

  • Work a stable and non-traditional culinary schedule

  • Utilize state-of-the-art kitchen equipment

  • Potential for advancement in a fast growing company

  • Two years of kitchen or restaurant experience

  • At least one year of previous supervisory experience preferred

  • Culinary Arts or Business degree preferred

  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with residents, vendors and peers

  • Basic computer skills (Excel)
