  • Basic network troubleshooting, o The ability to know what the port numbers are responsible for, how to trace route, can this person ping without actually logging into a device. Is it a wireless issue etc.

  • 2 years of experience in a Help Desk environment

  • A go getter, someone that is hungry to learn. For example the hiring manager has a recent hire that is already outperforming everyone on ticket resolution and she wishes she could clone him.

  • High School diploma required, BA preferred

  • Basic pc troubleshooting

  • Must be able to lift heavy equipment

  • Ticketing system is ServiceNow any similar ticketing system is acceptable
