The Registered Nurse Consultant provides direct and indirect health care to residents.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Review all Resident Clinical Records
Coordinate care plans
Complete and Review Resident Assessments
Administer PPD Skin Test (TB Tests)
Review all physician orders
Review Monthly MARS
Review and Audit medications
Train and Delegate Medication Passes
Sign all clinical documentation requiring nurse signature
Consult community and management on resident care
Follow up with physicians as necessary
Assist in training staff on ADL’s and care practices
Education and/or Experience:
Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
A Registered Nurse who is currently licensed to practice, in good standing, by the state of employment. Must maintain current provider CPR certification throughout employment.
