Job Description

Develops and executes strategy to obtain new accounts within the Production Chemical E&P market segment. This position is responsible for building and maintaining a sales pipeline to achieve goals for new sales. Responsible for selling the complete line of production & specialty chemicals and services.

  • Match Rockwater services with prospective customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of the prospect’s needs.

  • Effectively communicate how Rockwater’s value proposition fulfills the prospect’s needs.

  • Developing and implementing new customer account strategies.

  • Able to network and open doors within target organizations.

  • Able to influence multiple decision makers.

  • Well versed in complex consultative solutions approach to selling.

  • Strategic opportunity planning.

  • RFP/BID management to influence specs.

  • Finance analysis/cost justification.

  • Competent skills in negotiations and problem solving.


Job Requirements

  • 3 years of oilfield related services selling to corporate and regional decision makers in Production Chemical E&P companies

  • Oilfield chemical background preferred

  • Proven track record on quickly building relationships with target prospects

  • Demonstrated ability to work with different departments to create solutions for customers

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
