The Hospitals of Providence OFFICE MANAGER - REHAB SERVICES FT in Nacogdoches, Texas

The Office Manager of the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center functions as the manager of all primary office procedures including, but not limited to insurance verification, pre-certification of benefits, admission process of rehabilitation patients, discharge process of rehabilitation patients, data entry for charges, establishing and maintaining filing system, directing incoming calls, reviewing documentation to ensure completion, telephone communication, and assisting the therapy staff with the scheduling of patient evaluations and visits. The office manager also assists with ensuring accuracy of time and attendance sheets of all departments listed. The office manager is responsible for assisting the Director of Rehabilitation with clerical duties as requested.

Experience with insurance verification and/or pre-certification preferred. Experience with computer data entry preferred.
