Network Operations Manager
The Network Operations Manager is responsible for leading the Company's 24x7 network/systems monitoring & event management process.

Manage the company's 24x7 network/systems monitoring & event management processes, including a matrixed team of technical personnel & service providers responsible for identifying & responding effectively to critical incidents affecting Rush systems.
Oversee the development & implementation of the company's Critical Incident Response Plan, ensuring it's guidelines are followed for all operational, environmental & security events.
Work with business & IT management to establish service level targets for assigned services; ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for operation & restoration of services.
Manage the personnel & performance aspects of direct reports to include career & performance discussions as well as formal reviews per Rush schedule; acquire & retain exceptional talent.
Oversee the selection & procurement of all technology monitoring & event reporting systems & services; negotiate pricing, service levels & contract terms/conditions.
Forecast financial, physical & human resource needs to meet established objectives.
Lead or drive efforts to identify problems & opportunities for improvement with assigned systems & processes; provide leadership to implement changes.
Participate in the implementation of IT & business projects; review projects & resource requests; coordinate schedules & activities to ensure tasks are completed on schedule & deliverd solutions meet identified requirements.

Minimum of six years relevant experience in an enterprise IT environment. Additional experience and/or technical training may be considered in lieu of the formal educational requirements.
Prior experience managing technical staff is desired.
Relevant industry and/or vendor certifications will be considered a plus.
