212 Water Services uses industry leading technology to eliminate industrial and petroleum waste by purifying oilfield wastewater into both fresh water and concentrated brine used for drilling. We are a fast growing company with great career opportunities. We currently have several openings for Waste Water Operators. Essential Duties: Monitor and analyze operating trends to determine performance of wastewater treatment plant; make adjustments to operating parameters to optimize production; clean and inspect system; Inspect tank and pond levels frequently; operate and inspect light construction equipment (Skid Steer, Man Lift, etc.); conduct field log reading every 4 hours; take brine concentrate sample to verify system is operating within set parameters; give daily safety briefing at change of shift; interface with truck drivers that deliver waste water & pick up clean water; perform maintenance per schedule; use proper handling of hazardous chemicals; other duties may be assigned. Knowledge & Skill Requirements: High School diploma or GED preferred; willing to work all shifts, including weekends; good verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English a must; ability to take initiative and think creatively; must be self-motivated and able to carry out responsibilities with little supervision; professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude; ability to work in a team environment; ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds; good problem solving skills; mechanical and electrical knowledge mandatory; able to stand for long periods of time; environment cold and warm conditions; safety conscious; must be able to multi-task; experience with Microsoft Office programs.
