Description: What You'll Do

Develop senior leadership and domain LOB relationships to transform customers’ business and achieve their digital imperatives Work to hypothesize and evangelize outcomes with customer; proves hypotheses through project work with overall DTG team Own and lead projects from conception to completion Increases cross-practice teamwork and coordination on accounts and projects Maximize penetration of Cisco into relevant part of customer’s digital and/or data transformation Understand enterprise domain/capability and its alignment to different industries Participate in the development and execution of the overarching digital strategy for the customer Provide input to the overall customer success plan Leads and executes on multiple project success plans Construct BOMs and define how solution expertise is delivered Align to architects to drive solutions expertise in alignment with architecture and business architecture teams Feed content and input through the industries and drive focus on repeatable scale

Who You Are

You are resilient, flexible and agile with deep knowledge of the Business Operations in multiple industry verticals, to include Consumer industries, like Retail and Hospitality, Energy & Transportation, Financial Services, Healthcare and Manufacturing Subject matter expert on how Cisco’s platform can assist our customers in transforming the way they drive productivity across their business processes Strong communication and listening skills, a thorough approach to complex problem solving, managing to metrics and KPIs Entrepreneurial spirit and a demonstrated ability to be flexible, positive, and creative in a dynamic, fast paced and challenging environment Able to listen, establish relationships, gain consensus, rapidly establish credibility with and gain confidence of multiple areas across Cisco, Partners, the extended team and direct reports Familiar with 3rd party ISVs and Implementation/consulting partners that are critical to delivering holistic “Business Operations” solutions Sought out thought leader (through publication, presentation, and participation in industry organizations/conferences, press, or standards bodies) on how technology can transform Business Operations Requires deep knowledge of Business Operations and cross-architectural digital capability solutions 10+ years’ experience in technology sales or consulting
