The Nurse Manager is responsible for assisting the department director with planning, directing, supervising and evaluating all care at Pearland's Intermediate Care Unit and Medical Surgical Unit on a 24-hour basis. The nurse manager manages, coordinates and controls all aspects of the units in order to provide quality patient care and maintain high standards of professional practices in the clinical setting.
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing is required. Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred.
A minimum of three (3) years Medical Surgical and / or ICU experience is preferred.
A minimum of two (2) years management experience is preferred.
