Job description:

The Data Marketing Analyst is responsible for data migration and the building and management of our lead activity into our CRM client database to ensure accuracy, tracking, and data integrity. Assures reporting and that all marketing requests are identified and done with accuracy and delivered on time. Must act as a data steward to ensure data integrity and that our activity is properly logged, distributed and tracked for performance and optimization. This includes data migration and maintenance to new CRM tool and include activities like: data cleansing, validation, procedures to load lead activity with correct association and bring new ideas about managing and reporting data.

The Data Marketing Analyst works closely with telesales group to monitor activity and with the Direct Marketing manager to append existing data for better marketing and sales solicitations and communication opportunities by segments. Build a process to incorporate membership lists or databases for internal distribution and for campaign creation for telesales, digital and direct marketing efforts.

A key function of this critical role is to provide reporting to internal clients; query data to provide deadline driven emailing lists and regional, segment-based and product specific lists. This includes maintaining clear documentation of all direct marketing and telesales efforts.

Understanding of basic research skills, marketing and computer programming is ideal. Efficient, organized and strong written and verbal communication skills required. Must be able to effectively work with all internal employees including management and vendors. Use SQL as main tool to analyze historical data and trends.

Prepare and distribute reports.

Our analyst will also help with special projects, activations and/or market research projects as requested.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, or equivalent.

3-5 years' experience managing databases and development with query ability/knowledge. Ability to work under pressure and to recognize discrepancies in written/recorded data and information.

Strong familiarity with database performance monitoring and tuning and data visualization (tables, views, indexes etc). Prior experience working with CRM tools desired; - Database experience in Microsoft Dynamics strongly desired.
