Job Description:

The sales coordination team work with our sales professionals from early planning stage of projects, over creating and costing the solution, and all the way through to the ordering of the equipment. As a manager of the team, you will have a hand full of employees to manage. You focus will be on day to day securing that the quotes of the team and the visuals of the design team are getting back to the sales professionals and the customers in time. Your focus is also to develop the outputs and the tools of the teams as well as ad hoc sourcing and coordination with our international head quarter and our factories. Therefore, the key responsibilities include:

Establish lasting relationships and collaboration with our 50 sales professionals in the field

Coordinate the quotation process of your team in a joint collaboration with our design team, estimator, and bid coordinators

Training and supporting your sales coordinators in collating the cost of the individual parts of a playground based on our price lists and the layout of the designer and the list of materials, including sourcing prices from our, installers, contractors, and third party suppliers

Training and supporting your sales coordinators in their quoting and design submission to the sales professionals and customers, including writing up the final quotes using the IT quoting system (Navision from Microsoft), ensuring accurate cost, sales prices and margins are inputted for all elements of the playground.

Maintain accurate data in the Customer Relationship Management System (Microsoft Dynamics pending implementation)

Ensuring accurate prices, pictures, product sheets, etc. are in our quoting IT system (Navision from Microsoft)

Ensure timely, accurate and complete data in the project folders to be passed on to designers and the construction teams

Training the sales coordinators in all functions of customer service and service to our sales professionals.

Ensuring that our quote template reflect our state of the art products and solutions

Liaise with our international head quarter and three factories

Develop a brand new team around you, including skills, culture, etc.

Reporting to the Sales Support Director and with stakeholders such as the Directors of Marketing, Installation, and Finance and the Design Manager
