Job description:

Our telesales team places outbound sales calls and handles inbound sales inquiries, interest and order inquiries. This position is responsible for increasing our lead generation rate and overall brand penetration efforts across our product lines.

Responsible for driving leads and achievement of sales activity goals of assigned territory using all means available (internally provided and self-created) to drive customer engagement and strengthen our database. This includes out-bound cold calling to solicit interest and generate referrals from current clients and other lead creation activities.

Create lead profiles with product and project information to strengthen our market intelligence and database; follow-up to ensure information is received, answer questions, and pass through complete prospect profiles.

Contact existing customers with no recent account activity to reengage

Fields general inquiries related to products from existing customers and helps their assigned territories to meet or exceeds sales quota.

Work with and develop a cooperative partnership with sales teams to better align efforts and database analyst to ensure we properly document all sale prospects and related follow up activity via our CRM system.

Serve as liaison between customers and appropriate company departments to resolve customer questions and problems.

College degree preferred.

2-4 years sales/telesales experience required.

Impeccable customer service practices with flawless written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizations skills and the ability to multi-task. Reliable and dependable, must be able to effectively work with all internal employees including management and vendors.
