The Compliance Department was created to monitor and enforce the Policies & Procedures of the company as well as ensure the rules and regulations of various federal and state agencies are followed.
Investigate reports of violations of company policies and procedures.Monitor for breaches of the company's contractual documents including Representative Agreement, Policies & Procedures, and Membership Application terms and conditions.Review websites and Representative created content for compliance. Respond to Independent Representatives' requests, working within policies & procedures. Work with internal departments including Legal, Genealogy, Accounting, and Customer Service in order to maintain alignment in processes and interpretation of policies. Maintain communication between Corporate legal counsel and Executive Staff regarding sensitive cases, including Attorney General complaints and termination of Representative Agreements.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Extensive knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures. Strong oral, written communication, and analytical skills. Technical Skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet research, and the ability to learn and other computer software unique to this position.
