We have an excellent opportunity for a Systems Integration Analyst in Plano, TX to provide value to our largest and longest serving Healthcare client in our Services’ business unit. You will work with a fast-paced global leader in IT and have the ability to learn from the best and brightest in the industry.

Role Responsibilities - Act as '’production gatekeeper’ for development, ensuring production stability - Experienced at running Projects of varying complexity and duration - Communicate effectively with both Development and the Level 2 Support teams - Supporting production releases - Diagnose problems and communicate the root cause to the wider audience - Develop a broad knowledge and understanding of technology and business related items in order to identify and prioritize issues and their solution - Develop and implement tools to maintain, monitor and troubleshoot healthcare applications and infrastructure, automating where applicable - Self-driven, motivated, goal oriented and able to take full responsibility for actions - Work closely with the Development teams and support on minor enhancements
Requirements - 4 years of experience in IBM Datastage and SQL - Detail-oriented and proactive. Possess a “can do” attitude, that can identify problems, take ownership, and provide solutions - Experienced in driving efforts and following up on tickets - Experience in developing and adhering to process-oriented production support teams - Demonstrated ability to communicate openly and effectively to both verbally and in writing to the team, management and the customers - Possess excellent trouble-shooting skills, be driven to help internal/external customers and have the ability to dive deep into a new product to learn it inside and out - Demonstrate an adaptive style that is flexible and effective in gaining cooperation of others
